Tekkaman is a cross between Guile and Cyclops, I found it has been more effective to rely on just one or two moves and using Ryu to throw in a Hadouken to deflect any attack while setting up my special move. This was a pretty good run considering a few mistakes, I'm certain I can save a bit more time with this team.
