Actually, Koong did play on Flash and you will notice that other old speedruns appear to run quicker than newer speedruns as well. I don't know what causes Tasty Planet to lag more nowadays than a few years ago, but the difference is significant enough that it makes beating the current WR unfairly difficult, unless we find a solution.
