Autostarting the tool on startup (Windows Only)

This build includes a zip folder with a script that starts EmuHawk with the tool loaded. This only works on windows machines. We have to do this because the Autoload with EmuHawk option does not work for external tools. To use the script:

• Extract the contents of the EmuHawk Start With Tool Script zip folder to your BizHawk folder
• Double click the script to run it
