[Mod Note: Edited from 12.450 to 12.467. I did my framecounting at 720px60 and framecounted it front to back and back to front. Start frame 1162, end frame 1910 for 748 frames, divided by 60fps, for 12.467. Please also note this comment from Chardcore, which further emphasizes the buffering of movements which sets the theoretical bar at 12.467: Since this run is bufferable (that should be a word) then the best theoretical time should be 12.467s.]
