What is the "no oob" category?
It means that you can do all glitches, except the ones that involve OOB. an OOB for this game is when you move your cursor out of the game window to access an object ( exemples : an arrow to change screen or the nut)

Are fast screws allowed in No OOB then?I'm guessing not since WR doesn't do it, but it's not stated in the rules
