That literally makes 0 sense, plus that sounds like literally altering the game which is just an unwritten rule in speedrunning to not do.

More RGB = More FPS trust me

Having more FPS does not make anything faster. In animation, a 12 FPS animation is no faster than a 24 FPS animation, but you need double the frames animated. The higher the FPS, the smoother the animation. That's all that would happen, so it would be useless as far as timesave goes. Also, as Mipha stated, altering the game files is against the rules in almost any game, whether explicitly written or not.
