Does technically count as an emulator instead of a flashcart because you use a REAL nes game, and then play games from ips patches from the sd card. It's obscure as heck honestly.

Also just a note to speedrunners, i think pausing on the waterfall spawns more logs.
Though i'm not sure, but when i did it seemed to do something.

From now on, runs with times at 5:3X and lower will include milliseconds. The respective board mods are in agreement with that change, as well as the runners who are currently affected by this change (3).
