Time started after pressing "YES" when choosing my first items, splits when the results screen appears, and ends when the ending cutscene plays after the final event.
Based off the rules, I'm guessing that the time stops once the ending cutscene starts playing. In the video, I stopped the timer once the "NICE!" text appeared in the final event, but I believe that I was wrong. I retimed my splits to fix this.
