According to this video: penguinz0 should hold the record for any% with a time of 5.905. Why is it not on the list?

^ that. Also doing frame-by-frame analysis of the video, his time is not 5.9s but 8 frames more than that so closer to 6.2 seconds (as splitting manually in this short of a category is nowhere near accurate enough)
