Can people who play on IOS submit a run on this? Or should the IOS version be a whole other game because of the different menu layout and smaller amount of abilities?
They should simply make IOS a different category, similar to how console and PC are seperate. I think IOS should be added to the leaderboards.
There's actually a category for this, and it's called 'Mobile.'
You can see it at the very right of the leaderboards if you check the home page. (speedrun.com/The_Escapists)

^ As Jakanz said, this has been resolved and you can now submit your iOS runs under the "Mobile" category.
The Level Leaderboards are being changed so it's easier to navigate and to look better, so in the meantime Individual Level runs will be left as pending until all previous runs have been moved around
