This was my first attempt to actually speedrun. I played very safe and the last scenario was the only time losing was really a possibility. There's a lot to improve on, like learning the arrangements in hide and seek so Harper doesn't need to move, not wasting time giving Harper XP when she can just not be in fights, getting more gold in hunters so the final scenario is easier, using fewer units in several scenarios, and getting better at fast movement.
