For this run, I chose Ines because her 4th skill is very nice to place down and let her run faster.

In the first open area, I cast my 4th skill and immediately switched from Secret Garden to the King's Guard Lance (KGL) to clear the enemies at both locations. Once I noticed only 10 enemies were left, I swapped back to Secret Garden and placed down my 4th skill again.

Unfortunately, I got stuck on the ceiling at the end of the corridor, so this isn't a flawless run. After entering the spiral staircase, I just spammed my 2nd and 4th skills since both can hit through walls.

Right after the quick parkour section, I shot my 4th skill directly at the specific enemy spawn points. As soon as the room was clear and the barrier opened, I hesitated for a moment, thinking I hadn't triggered the checkpoint. I almost ran back, but luckily it had registered.

At the third area, I experimented with the KGL in earlier runs, but relying on my 2nd and 4th skills turned out to be faster for me. However, you could probably save some time there with the KGL if you memorize the precise spawn locations.

I lost additional time when I got stuck on the wall just before the teleporter to the boss room. In some earlier runs, I tried using the KGL for the two bosses, but it always slowed me down.

Overall, it was an okay run, but going sub 2:30 is definitely possible.
