I had to attempt this for more than 20 times. The initial clash between the teams is very chaotic. In the unlucky cases, the sentry gets targeted early and it can't be saved. In the lucky ones, the red bots attract the attention and the sentry can survive long enough to cause massive damage. At 3:07 (2:51 on the countdown timer) you can see a missclick with the wrangler which costed me the sentry.
