This is definitely the hardest level do perfectly, due to all the skips you need to do. Though only the roof skip is very inconsistent, other than that it's not too bad. Also, since the enemy at 0:52 needs to be melee executed, depending on the RNG you can get several different animations. So ideally you want to get the fastest one, but unfortunately I got the slowest one.

By the way, the stairs skip doesn't seem to be possible with a pistol, so getting one at the start to run faster only loses time in the end. Overall, I'm very happy with this time, since getting everything first try is quite difficult, but maybe I'll go for it sometime in the future.
