By going UEF - Illuminate - Cybran it makes it so you dont have to stop to heal or wait for research.

By the time you circle back around to Cybran you are all powered up and good to go. Using the explosion of the Nuke Facility to damage the Cybran at the end speeds it up significantly.

I believe it it still possible to be about 20-30 seconds faster. You just need to get to the Cybran as he is up on the top side of the base.
