I'd say it's definitely a good idea to have ms verification for the top spots just because of how short a run Strider is. But definitely don't require it for anything that isn't one of the top positions.

Agreed, Lazarus_DS. It's been taken care of for now. I don't think top 10 is going to work out the way SRC does times; it might have to be a "Times under x" scenario in the near future.

I've decided to take a stab at this. I'm running it using a modded SNES Classic using RetroArch, and I'm wondering if that would be an issue.
