So if i record my stray speedrun, my game will most likely crash since my pc isnt that strong, but my question is after the speedrun can i just submit a photo of my time after completing the whole game?

and also do i HAVE to collect the memories or not during speedruns?

Photo of the time given by the game will not suffice, all speedruns require video proof. Memories are not needed to be collected outside of any mandatory ones for the story, these are only required for 100%

There are multiple things you can do.

First of, check for a recording program that doesn't use a lot of the computers resources. Many likes to use OBS (Open Broadcaster Service) to record or/and stream and has many options to lower the load on the computer. Some use shadowplay from Geforce Experience if you have that installed.

You can also run the game in windowed mode or lower resolution as it will put less stress on the computer.

If that's still not enough you could still just record your runs with an external camera or your phone and upload it to a Youtube account.
