I just read that ps4 stray runs at 30 fps does anyone know if this is true? If so does this mean that paralysis skip is theoretically possible on ps4?

Yes Ps4 runs at 30fps. Paralysis skip only works on patch 2 but yes it does/did work on Ps4. I do paralysis skip in my 47 minute run on my youtube. That being said, Ps4 can only run on current patch due to ps4 mandatory updates and no easy way to down patch. I found a youtube video showing how to down-patch on ps4 but its technical and i don't recommend it. Runs wont be verified on ps4 if it has paralysis skip in them. I did a run with it way back when they first found the skip (1:04:11) but they patched the skip out fast and my run got declined.
