I heard USB loader is banned, I typically use usb because I dont have any CDs, I did a 5hr run (100 percent if that exists) then when I was gonna submit, I found out the USB loader is banned, why is that?

USB Loader stated in the rules for any EMU subcategory (as well as any game mode that provides an in-game timer) is allowed, it had been like this since July 2021 from a stickied post at the top of our forum page (https://www.speedrun.com/ssbb/thread/dw4cs). Regarding 100%, there hasn't been any interest to add an EMU category for 100%, but I could implement it in hopes there will be more. Please submit under 100% EMU with video proof.

Oh shoot, i dont even know how to record in my tv, and my phone couldnt probably record that long.
