I realize that a category for levels can be run with any level. So, we cannot do like "this category is only for Single Run level".

We have "Triathlon" category, this is 3 runs category so not "full game" nor "Single Run".

So, the "Triathlon" should be a level? -- If so, we will have "Any% on Triathlon level" and "Any% on Single Run level".

I am now harboring doubt whether I should be do this....

Anyway, I will add new categories skipping levels.
