Patch: v5.05 fixes (REQUIRED for valid 5.05 runs!)

Use Deltapatcher, xdelta, or a similar tool to apply this patch to <Outertale>/resources/app.asar (if the patching tool creates a new file, replace app.asar with the patched file)
A dev build that fixes several bugs related to the implementation of running. Some of these bugs are significantly beneficial and all of them will be patched in 5.06, so doing speedruns on unpatched 5.05 is illegal.
Patch 5.05 is now banned. Alternative build available
The (at the time of writing) newest patch of the game, 5.05, added a bunch of new features that ended up being buggy and they grant unfair advantages, such as:
- the encounter rate not being adjusted to account for running (so you would get half as many encounters)
- Toriel running through the Outl
