Sub 2 is possible: if you get to roll 1st, roll 7-8 to claim property, then get rng so at least 2 bots roll 7-8 and give you keys. After winning 1st minigame, you'll have either 56 or 62 keys, and can probably land 1:20-1:30 time. RNG must be insane tho
