Can Someone Give Me A Quick Breakdown Of What Low% Is Cause It Looks Like The 11 Exit But I Dont Want It To Get To Confusing For Myself :D

Low% is Small Mario only. You can't use power-ups or Yoshi. You also can't grab any checkpoints.
