Patch: Course Timer Mod

Adds a timer in levels. Useful for learning, optimizing + TASing levels. Requires a homebrewed Switch + v1.0.0 to work, and is not allowed in submissions.
New Switch 2 Edition Categories + ILs!
Hey y'all!
The following main categories have been added to the leaderboards for Switch 2 Edition:
- 100% (Switch 2 Edition)
- All Koopalings
- Concert Ending
- All Toad Brigade Missions
We've also added Individual Levels for the new Koopaling fights and Toad Brigade Missions!
