New category idea: Penguin% Time starts when you start a new file, time ends when you drop the baby penguin off the cliff in CCM. My fastest time so far is 6m, 15s on 3D All Stars!

The category was actually created by YouTuber SwankyBox and people started talking about it on forums after the video came out, still a bad category IMO
is basicaly a full meme category coming of the meme of killing the penguin how well it works for a category is a diferent thing but ey with the blj it is kinda unique having to get there with the blj and then the penguin movement, and it seems like it got some interest given so yea
