Having trouble with level not loading in after leaving vent in Fisk skip. Cutscene plays early and forces me into a non loaded section. Do I just have to get to the cutscene section quickly?

You have to wait a few seconds after the healing tooltip plays. Most runs I've seen count to three, some wait until the health bar almost fills up.
