Patch: Sims 1 Patch to Play in Windows 10

You have to replace the "Sims.exe" with the downloaded data. Depending on the Expansion you have, you need to replace the correct version of the game.
If it still dont work set it to "Run as Admin" and maybe with Windows XP Servicepack 2 or 3
