Timing Rules updated for all categories.
After mulling it over and observing our top ten speedruns here, I have opted to change the timing rule for the start or the run. Timer starts after selecting Yes on the "Is This Okay" menu having chosen the difficulty now, rather than first building input. Most runners were already using this format and it should help to clear up some confusion. If anyone notices an inconsistency with this please inform me and I will address it ASAP.
