The only things I can think of for me to save time on, in this category, are faster inputs and maybe a faster route to unlock United Nation Wonder. I'm just happy to finally get sub 4 in this category, and I think my run wasn't too bad. Therefore, I am happy with where my time stands for Culture%.

Side note, I'm sorry for the crappy quality of the audio. I couldn't find an app to record Civ Rev 2 audio (as I guess the game doesn't allow certain apps to record audio from the game). I had to use my phone's mic instead to capture game audio.
