First submitted run, not sure if this is qualifiable or not, hope you enjoy. Music added in post for entertainment purposes.

Moderator Note from Distro December 17 2023: This run uses carryover, which has recently been banned from Any% ILs. I still decided to keep this run in as the runner still goes behind the cars and doesn't make use of the time save. It seems that the runner doesn't scan the license plates but with the used pathing that would have barely made a difference anyway. As this is a 7th place run this is not significant enough for me to reject it. Future runs using carryover after the rule change will be rejected.
