I was wondering what are the odds we would allow a mod that changes emerald pieces to blue instead of green? I think it's not fair that some people have a disadvantage spotting free pieces, and it would foster better competition to allow blue emerald pieces.

We're leaning more in the direction of not allowing any mods whatsoever that aren't Keepalive, and I would also argue that the fact that Seraphim is colour-deficient and is one of the top runners would suggest that this would not be a hard necessity in the first place. If there are others who feel that piece detection is something they consistently struggle with for this reason then I would like to hear it from them, though everything I've heard from people on this topic thus far hasn't suggested that they feel unable to compete.

I'm colourblind and I don't think we should allow mods like that, as AMAZING as it would be to be able to see pieces in DL it's a non-native mod after all. Cool idea tho

I know I've had issues in pieces in WC, but that's because of the red/brown against the green pieces. Luckily the pieces are not too difficult to find the locations, it's mainly an issue looking for free pieces.
