I have a run that was 4:07.047, but the recording didn't start until about half a second into the run, when the timer started, can I still submit this run?

I don't mod this game but I'm 99% sure you need to have a FULL recording of your run

4:07 is a pretty good time, video is required, however, I think I can accept your run since there is an in-game timer :)
