I don't know what In-game time means but ill tale a guess that is the time you were in the game the whole recording so yeah mods correct me if i'm wrong Mod Note: In-game time refers to the timer in the top-right corner of the game. You don't need to fill it in full-game runs, only in the individual level runs.
