@Blueboye2311 You started recording after you started the run, so it can't be verified. There's most likely no way to fix it unless you somehow have a recording which includes the part that is missing in your current video.
For future runs, just start the video a few seconds before you get speed in level 1, just like you did in your new submission. (btw please don't ask questions like this in unrelated threads - a new thread, speedrun.com messages or Discord are better places for that)

It's not used anymore and is an inconvenience. It's also confusing for new runners. Timing rules won't change and you'll only have to fill out 1 time column now.
