ok so while my left arm (from my perspective) is doing legendary acrobatic maneuvers to get away from the winpad i'm pretty sure my right leg (again from my perspective) hits the winpad at one of the 12.46 frames which means i'm a HUNDREDTH OF A SECOND BEHIND THE WR NOOOOOOOOOO
Rule Changes

This is due to the difficulty of the NEAT and it generally being easier to verify if it's a legit completion or not. This won't apply to people
