I'm gonna say two things and two things only. 1- It is completely asinine to require use of a load remover for NG+. Period.

2 - With that said, load removed RTA is almost literally the same as IGT, so why not just using IGT? It is perfect for NG+. I can see it being used for NG if people can actually get the thing up and running for everyone.
