Is it possible for someone to upload a 100% completed file? That would be a huge help for people wanting to get in the Any% NG+ category.

I don't think it works since they are locked to specific accounts. You could get a 100% save file set up pretty quickly if you watch the 100% WR, in fact you don't even need 100% for NG+

Ah okay. I had a feeling they were locked to the account but I hadn't played around with the PS4 enough so I want sure.

It could easily take less than a day to prepare a file for anyone wanting to do NG+ any%, and as Scaff said, save data is locked to the account it was created on, making this impossible to do, but thanks for the suggestion nonetheless!
