Would an any% run on an emulator be disqualified if I used a small texture mod to change mac's health portrait? Kinda weird question but I definitely ain't tryna do a full run and have it rendered invalid from something like that lol

I dont think it would. Unless it changed the damage output or it affects the gameplay, You should be ok.
