World record is valid if there's video evidence. SDA isn't really used a whole lot nowadays and it never was required to put it there. Submitting a world record to speedrunning sites doesn't make it any more valid.

A run is world record if it's faster than every other run. As I said, people knowing about it doesn't make it any more valid, but people are just gonna call another run world record if they don't know about a faster run.
Theoretically it is possible that there is someone on another site who has a better time than juice right now. VERY unlikely but possible. Unless we know of it, we're gonna call juice's run world record.
