Using Any% strats instead of 100% strats I managed to cut off 18 seconds, but I have no idea how to cut off the remaining 21 seconds to get WR, other than 2 in 2-08. But screw 2-08, I hate traced dangles with every fiber of my being, and no one can ever convince me to run that strategy.
