So there are some things I should mention about this run.

First off my youtube title says it's in 25:29, but that's based on that I stop the timer the moment I lose control of the heli. In the rules you provided it should instead be in 26:03.

By the way, I picked up a lot of tips and tricks from the following TAS by some guy named 'tall':

One of the tricks there is to reset the game at certain points, like after you completed a level (the screen where the game gives you the code). Once resetted, the game will mark the "Continue" and fill in the code automatically for you. On normal missions/lessons it saves only 2 secs, but from lesson 4 -> heli saves 30 secs. Resetting lesson 8 -> heli saves 15 secs.
