I have question about the new rule, the new being "Going forward from December 23rd 2025, all runs submitted must be uploaded through YouTube, Medal Tv, or Twitch." does also include live streams?

I need to know as I do have a recording but it is so low quality it might as well not exist. I do have the stream and timestamps for the run but not sure if I should put the stream link with the timestamp in the description of the run.
