There is no version for Android devices. The game developers themselves made versions for PC, IOS, PS Vita.

Why have an iOS category and not an Android category?

According to the Play Store listing, the game runs on anything running Android 5.0 or higher. I can purchase and run it on my Galaxy s22 Ultra! Just checked. For a bit of context, Android 5.0 released in late 2014, so realistically anything released 2015 onward should have the ability to download and run it. It could potentially be some sort of region-lock. Do you know what version of Android you're running and your device model?
