I did this as a channel point redemption for Muzgrob. I've watched a few speedruns of both of these games, but I don't remember much specific from them. Most of my knowledge for this run just came from playing these games so many times over the years.

I'm very surprised Ages went as well as it did. I've played it significantly less than Seasons. I didn't remember a lot of what to do ahead of time, but my instincts for where to go and what to do seemed to keep leading me in the right direction. ^^
