With the removal of waifu, the white sphere is just gone. I have used the trainer to go look but I cannot seem to find it.
Currently looking into it. I don't think it was replaced and was just completely deleted. I've asked around and can't find information on this.

Update:
I've looked around myself using the trainer, asked many people, and some of the other run verifiers, and I can say that the "White Sphere Collectable" (aka "White Orb") is completely removed (with no other replacement). Your new speedrun is now in the reviewal process by another run verifier.

I've noticed this being asked time and time again, whether it's in the Discord, a forum post here or in a DM to a Moderator on SRC. To answer all of the confusion around "how long does my run take to get verified?", I wanted to make this post regarding it.
