Yes, it's supported as a category under NG+ All Brushes, if there's enough demand a mod can create a subcategory for it

Yes, the All Brushes category definition is "Get all brush powers and their upgrades"

In NG+ it's a lot easier since yen gets carried over to the next playthrough, and at the end of the game you get 2 million yen which is more than enough to get the PS and CB upgrades

One last question. do you keep your demon fangs in ng+ from ng
