I am in shock with my speedrunning accomplishments recently. This came 10 days after the New Super Luigi U Any% World Record, and I managed to improve my NSMB2 personal best by 8 seconds to claim the World Record by frames.
There are still small improvements to be made, such as hitting the Mushroom-Ghost House walljump after the switch and avoiding the IL door, cleaning up the 6-Ghost House turnaround, and not losing speed on the 6-Castle dash flying. We could also start going for the 6-T no bonk Reznor kill, although that trick is extremely difficult. It is so hard to close out a run with all of the strategies at the top level, so I will settle on this run for the time being.
At first, I did not realize it was a World Record which is why I did not react, but you can see my reaction to it being a World Record near the end of my Twitch highlight.
I'm sure many have heard the news that Twitch is cracking down on users that have more than 100 hours of uploaded content on Twitch. This affects plenty of speedrunners who might have used Twitch for submissions or simply to store runs. If this change actually comes into effect (April 19th is judgme
