Yes, NES Mini/Classic is allowed, just pick the platform when submitting a run:

As for VirtuaNES emulator, it's missing controller input and the frame counter, which is now required for runs that are faster than 13:30, so up to that point it's allowed. If you go faster, though, it's not.

That said, even with slower runs, you do have to show the reset in the video (Not sure if that's also the case for the NES Classic/Min)

I'd assume all runs on any console or emulator are all required to show a reset before the PB run.

Show reset is a good thing ! Sad for VirtuaNes emulator, better than all others It only remains for me to choose on which support to record and...practice heavily ! ˆ ˆ

i know it's an old topic, but VirtuaNES is usually rejected. It's not accurate at all.
