Too much luck is needed for a perfect result. Bad luck again on stage 9-4

Mod edit: Run has been manually retimed to LRT and 3 game crashes have been cut out, the 4th time the game was quit after 9-4 it was intentional from the player it was not a game crash so that was not cut out.
