Few fails here and there but got sub 3h and I am happy with that.
I started the RTA timer when "Welcome to the classic era" sign appeares and ended when I finished the final race in tournament 3 in Modern era.
Also i can provide a notepad with all of the in game times if needed.
New "Retimed" annotation
Due to an issue stemming from this being a PS1 title which can run a bit unstable, the timer can desync and produces results that differ from the actual real time it has taken to complete a lap. As such, there will now be a new annotation for runs to signify if they've been manually retimed or not.
